The bike’s frame is crafted using a blend of 6069 and 6061 aluminum alloys, materials trusted in aerospace and high-performance applications. Through T4 and T6 heat treatments, the frame achieves the perfect synergy of strength and lightness.

We engineered the battery casing with precision down to the smallest detail: arc curvature, connector angles, full arc length, and octagonal tail symmetry. This attention to geometry guarantees that every insertion and removal is smooth—never too tight, never loose.

The Folding Masterpiece: Triple-Fold System with Precision Guide Mechanism

Unlike conventional two-fold bikes, our three-fold design introduces a guiding mechanism to maintain perfect chain tension throughout folding and unfolding.

The mechanism is a small engineering marvel—featuring dual chain arms, an A-arm, a B-seat, stainless-steel pins, sliding sleeves, spring tensioners, and a set of carefully calculated washers. Together, they ensure that chain length and pitch remain constant, preventing derailment during folding.

  • Consistent Shifting: Chain stays aligned across gears.

  • Reliability: Resistant to wear, with excellent weather endurance.

The bearing-based pivot joints allow the rear triangle to fold clockwise, while the seat tube’s telescopic action locks everything seamlessly in place. The front triangle uses a screw-lock folding joint and a hook system to secure the fork and stays, so the folded bike can be pulled or pushed effortlessly like luggage.

    • Dual-material design (reinforced plastic + PTFE) reduces noise, vibration, and wear between folding joints.
  • Rear Triangle Connector

    • Includes a tow-roller rod with bearings so the folded bike can roll with you.
  • Reinforced Folding Lock

    • Unique tongue-and-groove welding ensures single-pass welding with greater strength.
    • British-thread screws reduce friction, save effort, and improve durability.
