We aim to dispatch all Buy Online,Pick Up In-warehouse orders within 2 business days. Our priority is to ship your new eBike as quickly and as safely as possible. That’s why we’ve developed our own heavy-duty custom bike boxes to ensure nothing can be damaged en route and why we use only the most reliable shipping partners in the business. We recommend you keep the box for future transport or in case you need to return the bike (Note: we do not accept returns after 30 days).</span><br data-mce-fragment="1"><br data-mce-fragment="1"><span data-mce-fragment="1">Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/AFO addresses.
